I worked on an internal communication project, including a multi-phase product launch. This meant writing a 20 page interactive PDF document, that was distributed to all colleagues.

Covering for the Head Copywriter, I created copy for all facets of the digital team’s content. This included email newsletters, national adverts (posters), homepage copy and various product description content.

Working with the digital transformation agency, I wrote a script for a key internal communication video for client Brittany Ferries.
I also worked on their Butlin’s account, where I created a suite of compelling headlines that are being used throughout the company’s peak season social media campaign, across all social channels, as well as the main website.
Joining the creative team for Grosvenor Casinos, I was solely responsible for creating all digital and print copy. This included homepage banner copy, game description copy, email marketing and social media copy.
I was also responsible for the prevalent print media that is distributed throughout the 50+ Grosvenor Casinos branches.
Working within Barclays’ in-house creative studio, I crafted copy for omni-channel marketing campaigns, editorial content, ATL, BTL and TTL projects, as well as product copy and consumer facing communications.
Acting as the lead copywriter for the launch of Open Banking, I created copy for barclays.co.uk, the Barclays Online Banking app, as well as customer communications.
I have expertise in CMA regulation, GDPR PSD2 and API application within banking.
I’ve also created compliance and legal copywriting, in accordance with strict financial services standards.
I fulfilled the role of sole copywriter and content editor for the Digital Transformation team, in the Corporate arm of the bank.
Moving over the millions of corporate customers to a new digital platform, this included editing copy within the platform, as well as all communications surrounding the staged launch.
Working within the payments industry, and the wider trade business, I created and edited B2B, B2C and marketing copy.

I was responsible for writing all new product pages, including financial services, and for copy-editing every page on the website.

Sole copywriter for Ryman Stationery, Robert Dyas, and copy support for Boux Avenue. Pioneered content marketing within the business.
As the first content-led marketing activity carried out by the ecommerce team, the Dictionary of Stationery was created to set Ryman Stationery apart as an expert in the field of stationery.
Solely under my management, my input included conceiving the original idea with the Head of SEO, devising the full content marketing strategy, writing all of the copy, and sketching together the design.
The Dictionary took each letter of the alphabet and shared a little-known or interesting fact about stationery.
