When I was about 9 years old, my primary school teacher practically bounced in his chair one Parent’s Evening. He was reporting to my Mum how exciting my writing was.
He quoted a phrase I’d used, “giddy with anticipation”.
Apparently, it was language most kids weren’t using. And seeing the impression I made on him, and my Mum, I quietly decided I’d keep up this writing thing.

So far, I’m 15 years in as a Senior Copywriter – and 9-year-old me would be delighted.

Over the years, I’ve distilled brands’ multi-page decks into punchy, client-friendly sentences.
I’ve nurtured prospects into buyers.
I’ve caught readers’ eyes.
